Kenny: Do you tend to hit each body part 1x per week?
Ben: I do now. I’ve been training and competing for many years. I’m at a point where I’m doing a split routine. For example, i’ll train legs on their own, and split upper body into two separate sessions. It will either be chest and arms in one session, and back and shoulders in another. This works well for me and my weak points. My biceps are fresh after training chest, and i’ll train triceps after biceps. Another routine I like is legs, push, pull. I’ll do this for a few months at a time. There’s not really much benefit to one over the other. It’s very minute.
