Joel Kellett's Ideal Routine
Joel Kellett reveals his old school training split, including the amount of training volume, frequency and intensity, as well as the importance of recovery and mindset.
Kenny: Hey Joel, I have a few questions about your training. I’m aware you have your ebook training collection that you published. Is that the current routine you follow for yourself?
Joel: Yes, the idea behind making those was because when I did start to get some following on social media, I was getting a lot of questions mostly about training. People tend to ask more questions about training than they do diet. I've noticed it's kind of changed over time but I thought well, I'm just going to write all these ebooks about how I train and if you want to know how I train and you want to replicate that for whatever reason then you can just get a very affordable ebook. That was my idea behind that, but yeah that is pretty much the way I train.
Kenny: How many sets per body part per workout do you currently do?
