Kenny: What was the training routine you did when you were in peak condition? I remember reading about how you trained with an upper lower split two times per day!
Kane: Yes, when you’re doing a full upper body session the body parts left to the end of the session don’t get enough stimulus. That’s why I split my upper body routine into two separate sessions. When I was at peak condition, the training routine I was doing was:
